- 본 논문은 조선과 청 사이에서 간도 영유권을 둘러싼 국경분쟁을 하던 경위를 추구하여 그 진상을 밝힌다. 백두산정계비가 조선과 청 사이의 조약임을 논증하고, 조선과 일본이 맺은 제 2차 의정서(을사보호조약) 2조의 적용을 받아 일본은 백두산정계비 비문을 고수해야만 옳은 것임에도 불구하고 일본이 정계비를 무시하고 청과 별도의 조약을 체결하여 간도를 청에 넘겨 준 간도협약은 2조에 어긋나는 불법행위이다. 조선과 청의 국가계승권을 갖고 있는 한국과 중국 사이에서 진지하게 간도 영유권 문제에 관하여 역사적·경제적·사회적·지리적·정치적·국제법적인 차원에서 종합검토한 후에 직접 해결하는 것이 마땅할 것이다.

- 본 논문은 근로자가구소득에 의한 불평등 대신에 전 가구의 소비지출측면에서 불평등을 계측하고자 한다. 근로자가구에 대하여 비목별 소비에 대한 소득탄력성과 전가구의 비목별 소비탄력성을 구하고, 전 가구의 비목별 소비지출에 대한 불평등도를 얻어 3자간의 관계를 분석한다. 그 결과 전 가구의 비목별 소비지출불평도 가운데 ‘교육비’ 불평등도가 도시 전 가구의 불평등도로 지목된다.

- This paper examines the effect of export subsidy and import tariffs on national welfare and world welfare under imperfect competition. The paper recognizes the possibility that an increase in export subsidies increaseds national welfare of an exporting country and that of an importing country as well. Similarly, a decrease in import tariffs prove to be able to augment national welfare of the importing country and that of the exporting country at the same time. The paper identifies the region of export subsidies and import tariffs in which an increase in export subsidies. or a decrease in import tariffs. improves world welfare without hurting any country.
